JB Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing, seamless gutter installation, siding replacement, storm damage restoration, and related exterior services across the Greater Omaha metro area and a 1-hour surrounding radius. The Site describes our services and allows you to request inspections, estimates, and contact us. All roofing, gutter, and construction contracting work is performed under a separate written proposal or agreement, and those contractual documents not these website Terms govern any physical work performed on your property.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Inspections

Quotes, estimates, and preliminary assessments provided through the Site, by email, or over the phone are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding contracts. Final project pricing and scope of work are confirmed solely through a formal, signed written agreement following an on-site physical inspection of the property. Estimates may be adjusted based on concealed site conditions, structural decking rot, fluctuating material costs, or client-requested changes to the scope of work.

3. Insurance Claims Guidance

We assist property owners in documenting roof and storm hail damage with forensic photo reports and meeting with insurance adjusters on-site. However, JB Roofing is not an insurance carrier, licensed public adjuster, or legal entity. Nothing provided on this Site or during discussions constitutes formal legal, insurance, or financial advice. All final coverage, deductible, and payout determinations rest solely between you and your insurance provider.

4. Permitted Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site strictly for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
